What the site collects on its own

Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics service, no advertising network and no third party tracking script on these pages, so your visit is not reported to anyone.

The site sets no cookies. It keeps a single value in your own browser for the length of your visit, so a small piece of animation does not replay on every page. That value never leaves your browser and is gone when you close the tab.

Like any website, ours is delivered by service providers who keep short lived technical logs to keep it running and secure. Those are their records rather than ours.

What the contact form collects

Only what you type: your name, your email address, what you wrote about the show, and the where and when if you filled that in.

Sent alongside it are the time of the message and the general area it came from, meaning a city or a region rather than an address. Your network address is used briefly to stop the form being flooded and is then discarded; it is not stored with your message.

What we do with it

We read it and we reply. It stays in our own systems and our own email, and it is not sold, shared, rented, or passed to an advertiser, and it is not used to build a profile of you. There is no mailing list to be added to, because there is no mailing list.

You also get a copy back by email, so you know what we are working from.

How long we keep it

Two years, after which it is deleted. Correspondence we actually had lives in our email the way any working correspondence does.

Asking us to delete it

Write to us and say so, and we will, including the email. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one. If you would rather see what we have first, ask for that instead and we will send it.

Children

This site is for people doing business with us and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Changes

If our data practices change, this page and its update date will change.
