ENHAUS.IO

The short version.

This covers the website. It is not the agreement for any work we do together: that lives in a signed contract with a scope, a schedule and a price in it, and nothing here changes it.

Using the site

Read it, share it, quote it, link to it. No account, no sign up and nothing to agree to before you can read a page. The one thing we ask is that you do not try to break it or use it to reach anybody who did not ask to hear from you.

What is ours

The writing, the photographs, the drawings and the design of these pages are ours, or are used with the permission of the people they belong to. Quote us with a credit and a link and we will be pleased. Republish a page wholesale as your own and we will not.

Client names and logos on this site belong to those clients and appear because we did the work, not because they endorse us. Manufacturer and product names belong to those companies and appear because we use their equipment. Naming them is not a claim of partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

What the site is not

It is a description of what we do, written as plainly as we can manage. It is not a quote, not a price list, and not a promise that a system described on one show will suit yours. Nothing here is an offer until we have put a number on it in writing.

We try hard to keep it accurate and we will not always succeed. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it in place of a written agreement.

Links out

We link to clients, partners and manufacturers. Those are their sites and their rules, and we are not answerable for what is on them.

Where we are

Enhaus is based in Dallas, Texas, and Texas law governs this site.
